污水处理站用填料塔,填料塔的原理


污水处理站用除臭塔、填料塔由塔体(含蓄水槽)、填料、喷淋装置(含循环水泵)、脱水层等四个部分组成。

1、塔体:

塔体内表面采用耐腐蚀、耐水冲刷的树脂处理、中间位多层由无碱无蜡玻璃布和根据不同要求而采用的不饱和聚酯树脂组成的复合层板,层数按厚度要求决定。

塔体外表面采用耐水、耐老化胶衣树脂作防老化面层,在中间层(强度层)和内外表面间采用无碱无蜡无捻的方格细布作为防老化的过滤层。

塔体可以按订货要求,分段制作,在现场粘结或用法兰联接。

2、填料:

聚丙烯(随塔配备)

3、喷淋装置

由耐腐蚀喷咀(或多孔盘管式喷淋器)、管道、循环泵等组成。

4、脱水层

由两层正交放置的除水器组成(随塔配备)。



工作原理:

污水处理站用除臭塔、填料塔采用氢氧化钠容易为吸收中和液来净化酸雾废气。气体由螺旋通风机压入或吸入进风段,再向上流动至第一滤料层,与第一级喷嘴喷出的中和液接触反应。吸收后的废气继续向上流动至第二滤料层,与第二级喷嘴喷出的中和液接触,再次发生中和反应,然后通过旋流板,由风帽和排风管或风机排入大气中。


吸风罩→进风管道→风机(或进风段)→进风段第一段滤料层(第一级中和反应段)→第二段滤料层(第二级中和反应段)旋流板→出风帽盖→排风管(或吸入段风机)


污水处理站用除臭塔 填料塔具有体积小,耐腐蚀性强,使用寿命长,噪声低(除循环水泵外再无转动部件),风阻小,一般在196-294Pa(20-30毫米水柱)范围等特点。

It composed of two orthogonally disposed of eliminators composition (with the tower equipped).



working principle:
