蓄热式焚烧炉原理特点

蓄热式焚烧炉主体结构由燃烧室、陶瓷填料床和切换阀等组成。该装置中的蓄热式陶瓷填充床换热器可使热能得到最大限度的回收,热回收率大于95%,处理VOC时不用或使用很少的燃料。
蓄热式热力焚化炉工作原理

把有机废气加热到760℃以上,将有机废气氧化生成CO2和H2O,从而净化废气,并回收分解时所释出的热量,以达到环保节能的双重目的,是一种用于处理中高浓度挥发性有机废气的节能型环保装置。

蓄热式燃烧技术特点
生产排出的有机废气经过蓄热陶瓷的加热后,温度迅速提升,在炉膛内燃气燃烧加热作用下,温度达到800℃,有机废气中的VOC 在此高温下直接分解成二氧化碳和水蒸气,形成无味的高温烟气,然后流经温度低的蓄热陶瓷,大量热能即从烟气中转移至蓄热体,用来加热下一次循环的待分解有机废气,高温烟气的自身温度大幅度下降,再经过热回收系统和其他介质发生热交换,烟气温度进一步降低,最后排至室外大气。

(1)涂装工艺的烘炉废气处理,以及化工电,泳涂装设备废气处理以及化工电子等行业的同类废气处理。(2)适应废气:中低浓度100~3500mg/m3

The organic waste gas produced from the production is heated by heat storage ceramic, and the temperature reaches 800 ℃ in the furnace. the VOC in organic waste gas decomposes directly into carbon dioxide and water vapor at high temperature, forming odorless high temperature flue gas, and then passing through the low temperature heat storage ceramic. a large amount of heat energy is transferred from the flue gas to the regenerator, which is used to heat the next cycle of organic waste gas, and the temperature of the high temperature flue gas is greatly reduced. the heat exchange between the heat recovery system and other media occurs, and the flue gas temperature is further reduced and finally discharged to the outdoor atmosphere. 
Application range of regenerative combustion
