脱硫塔优势有哪些

    运行控制:      

    1、塔内吸收浆液的PH=3.5~4.5。      

    2、塔内吸收浆液液面:淹没喷射管100~300mm。根据脱硫效率确定。      

    3、脱硫塔内温度和PH的测定探头应该定时检查和清洗。      

    4、启动循序:首先必须确保脱硫塔底部氧化池内吸收浆液液位正确,然后启动罗茨鼓风机,再启动引风机。

    5、浆液泵和石膏泵连锁控制,保持脱硫塔内液面平稳、恒定。
